Description

Course specific pages typically provide information such as prerequisites, training outcomes, etc.

Upcoming courses in First Aid Training

This information has been added to the website and is not obtained from VETtrak, so course information needs to be updated manually. This style of linking is better suited to email campaigns.

WARNING: Please close all VETenrol (enrol.vetenrol.com.au) tabs before opening a link. VETenrol uses session data which may be overwritten producing unexpected results or errors when returning to other tabs.

See below for how each of these links are formed

Programme (course) linking

Programme/course specific links are :

http://enrol.vetenrol.com.au/?clientID=VT-DEMO&altCSS=x&progID=y
Where x is the number for your course-specific branding (typically 1), and
y is the programme ID obtained from the Summary Report in your VETenrol Admin.
Remember to replace the Client ID with your own!

First Aid

http://enrol.vetenrol.com.au/?clientID=VT-DEMO&progID=96

WARNING: Please close all VETenrol (enrol.vetenrol.com.au) tabs before opening links. VETenrol uses session data which may be overwritten producing unexpected results or errors when returning to other tabs.

Linking to multiple programmes

Multiple Programme/course links are :

Comma separate additional programme IDs as required!

View Multiple Courses

http://enrol.vetenrol.com.au/?clientID=VT-DEMO&progID=13,96,46

NOTE: This linking method doesn't use an altCSS since the available courses list needs to be displayed.

WARNING: Please close all other VETenrol (enrol.vetenrol.com.au) tabs before opening links. VETenrol uses session data which may be overwritten resulting in unexpected results when returning to other tabs.

Occurrence linking

An occurrence link is for a specific instance of a course (ie. a course date has been chosen). These will take users direct to the registration process:

http://enrol.vetenrol.com.au/?clientID=VT-DEMO&altCSS=x&progID=y
Where x is the number for your course-specific branding (typically 1), and
y is the occurrence ID obtained from the Summary Report in your VETenrol Admin.

An occurrence with multiple price types is used in the following examples:

Users must choose the pricing:

First Aid

http://enrol.vetenrol.com.au/?clientID=VT-DEMO&altCSS=1&progID=3447

The price type is specified in the link:

FIrst AId

http://enrol.vetenrol.com.au/?clientID=VT-DEMO&altCSS=1&progID=3447&priceID=7

NOTE: This linking method can use an altCSS to hide the available courses list.

WARNING: Please close all other VETenrol (enrol.vetenrol.com.au) tabs before opening links. VETenrol uses session data which may be overwritten resulting in unexpected results when returning to other tabs.

iFrame Demonstration

VETenrol can be added to an iFrame on your website, which will preserve your own website's header, footer and navigation menus.

WARNING: If your web developer does not configure your website for https and ensure all page elements are secure, some browsers may issue security warnings to users. Further, if you intend to accept credit card payments, VETenrol must break out of the iFrame when the registration process begins.
